BOTG Salon Policy

Currently servicing women/girls along the MS Gulfcoast.

• We here at BeautE On the Go ask that you please book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. As a traveling stylist, this allows time for your stylist to properly prep for your appointment.

• All services are charged a 25% (non-refundable/non-transferable) deposit fee to book your appointment. This fee counts towards your payment, and the rest of your payment is due at the time of your scheduled service.

• A basic shampoo service is provided for ALL clients for ALL braiding services. BRAIDING HAIR IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS TIME!

• Only one service can be booked at a time on this site. So, if you need additional services, PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE NOTES SECTION what other services you need when booking your appointment so that all charges can be properly added at the time of official checkout. Text notifications will be sent within 24 hours after booking appointment for total payment needed at time of service.

• We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you know that you will be late call or text us on 228-800-3998 to let us know. All clients will be given a grace period of 20 minutes. Anything after will result in appointment cancellation and or an appointment reschedule.

• Clients who pull “no-call, no-shows,” up to the limit of (3x), will not be able to book again in the future. *Again, all appointment booking deposits are non-refundable/nontransferable.

• We ask as a courtesy that you provide a clean and safe environment for your stylist as your stylist will be in that space for a long period of time.

• A travel fee is included in all services for up to 15-30 minutes from the East Biloxi Area. An additional charge of $5 will be added for travel beyond a 30 time period.

• Senior Citizens 65+ will receive a 15% discount on all services. This cannot be an add-on to other specials going on at any time.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.
