Salon Policy

*Currently servicing women/girls along the MS Gulf Coast

Salon Policy:

  • Booking Requirement: Services at BeautE on the Go are by appointment only and must be booked 24 hours (1 day) in advance on the site. *Consultations are required for all new clients before booking their first appointment.

  • Deposits: All services are charged a 25% (non-refundable) deposit fee to book your appointment. This deposit counts towards your payment, and the rest of your payment is due at the time of your scheduled service. Deposits are transferable for up to 1 appointment reschedule.

  • Payment Methods: BeautE on the Go accepts payments via card, cash, and cash app only. Appointments can only be booked by way of the booking site which requires a booking deposit to be paid by card only.

  • Braiding Hair: Braiding hair is NOT included with braiding services at this time. Stylist at BeautE on the Go offer the option to pick up hair for the client as long as client meets these requirements: (a) sends a picture of desired style and desired color of hair (b) sends money for the purchasing of hair (c) agree to pay Stylist an additional $5 for travel fee that will be added on to final payment of service.

  • Shampoo Service: Shampoo services are provided with braiding services by request only. Clients who request shampoo services must add it as an additional service by selecting Basic Shampoo and Conditioning Service when booking their appointments.

  • Hair Prep: Clients who do not request a shampoo service and shampoo their own hair must have their hair shampooed and blow-dried straight; ready for their appointment. Blow-dried hair must be free of oils and creams. Should client desire to add oils, please do so while your hair is wet and during your blow-drying process. Please refrain from adding oils and creams to your blow-dried hair.

  • Additional Services: Additional services can now be added when booking your appointment. Please do not wait until the day of your appointment to request an additional service. Such requests will be denied. If you have already booked your appointment and find that you want an additional service, you have 24 hours after booking to reach out to your Stylist about the service you want to add. All charges will be properly added, and an invoice will be sent for total of final payment.

  • Cancellation and Late Policy: We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Please be sure to be ready upon the Stylist’s arrival to your appointment. If you know that you will need more time before your Stylist arrives, please call or text us at 228-800-3998 to let your Stylist know. All clients will be given a grace period of 20 minutes. Being late beyond the grace period will result in an appointment cancellation and or an appointment reschedule. In this event, your booking deposit is non-transferable.

  • No-call/No-shows: It is important that you communicate with your Stylist. Should your Stylist arrive to your home at the time that you chose, and you are not there/Stylist has not heard from you, it will be considered a no-call/no-show. Clients who pull “no-call, no-shows,” up to the limit of (2x), will not be able to book again in the future. *Again, all appointment booking deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.

  • Stylist Workspace in Your Home: We ask as a courtesy that you provide a clean and safe environment for your Stylist free of conditions that would make it difficult for your Stylist to perform appointed job. This also includes the confinement of any and all pets to an area where your Stylist will not be working. *Low-back chairs are required in order that your Stylist may be able to properly meet your styling needs.

  • Childcare: Children 7-12 years of age being serviced by BeautE on the Go must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Please make sure that (a) children under the age of 7 (b) Children not being serviced by Stylist are not present in the working area where Stylist will be serving the client. This is for the protection and safety of all.

  • Breaks: Clients will be given one break (2 minimum; 5 minutes each) during their appointment service time. Stylist at BeautE on the Go value the gift of time. Yours and theirs. Please be mindful that excess breaks prolong the length of your service which makes the day for you and your Stylist longer.

  • Travel Fees: A travel fee is already included in all services for up to 20 miles of travel from the East Biloxi Area to the Client’s home. An additional $10 will be charged for all travel beyond each 20-mile increment and will be added to the final payment at time of service.

  • Return Policy: All products and services are non-refundable. At BeautE on the Go, we aim to please every client. Should you not be satisfied with your service, please contact your Stylist within 24 hours once the service has ended so your Stylist can correct any issues you may have.

When booking your appointment, you are agreeing with all of the terms and conditions above. *This Policy is subject to change at any time. All clients will be notified of any changes via the email address you have on file.
